Remembered to weigh myself this morning. 9st 2.5. Net loss since Monday = 3.5 lbs.

Breakfast: banana & green tea
Lunch: soup & trail mix
Tea: one of my sin meals of the week (hence the small lunch) - pizza with DH. It's our treat night and one of the only 2 dirty meals I'm allowing myself in a week. Red wine probably.
Sins: pizza
