About to have an hour with the physio - get to the gym at least 3x per week for 20mins physio but making not a single pound dent in my weight and I am not over-eating
Just not dieting as such - looks like I have no choice but to enter the world of calorie
Counting - something I have always hated!! Going to try the 5+2 way
Two days less than 600 calories in every 7 and not consecutive
Should be doable !! Need something to help me stay in my clothes!!

Am back!!!

Being technologically challenged is bad in the day of the Internet
Not one of my posts has loaded so far and so Squirrel is wondering where her mate has got too!
Well on the weight loss frot ... No where - still a stubborn 9st1lb
Despite being really good and no tasty tapioca pizza bread for two weeks!!
