Forgot to weigh myself till after breakfast - stoopid. But I was 9st3.5 still, so the same as yesterday BEFORE breakfast.
Breakfast: banana & green tea
Lunch: chicken, sweet potato and green peas. Maltesers.
Tea: 4-egg omelette (between us) with pecarino cheese, paprika, the rest of the spinach, celery. Red wine
